Service lifecycle experience has proven invaluable to implementations.

Managed multimillion dollar IT programs and projects including:

  • CCyber security projects for the Transmission unit (CIP Compliance);

  • Deployed Nuclear fleet Supply Chain apps & interfaces to new acquisition;

  • Developed & deployed Disaster Recovery systems and processes for enterprise level business and infrastructure apps post-Hurricane Katrina. Involved large, complex storage systems using EMC Symmetrix, CLARiiON and MicroSoft replication software and Unix and Windows platforms;

  • Co-Managed program to build new Data Center in Little Rock, AR & relocate from Data Center in New Orleans.

  • Managed numerous enterprise app and infrastructure software upgrades and hardware refreshes. Enterprise and plant level coordination.
