Project and program management for large-scale IT application and infrastructure projects.

 

Installation, upgrade, relocation of Windows and Linux infrastructure and mid-range and enterprise level networked storage, and hosted applications while protecting SLAs and ongoing development projects.


Unique facilitated project kickoff phase ensures alignment with customer goals and establishes quantitative and qualitative objectives for evaluating progress and performance.

 

Experience at all phases of the project lifecycle including business process mapping, development and tracking of requirements through design, development and management of detailed, task level schedules, testing and defect tracking through deployment and detailed cutover and acceptance. Service lifecycle experience has proven invaluable to implementations.

 

All projects are managed consistent with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Global Standards as set forth in the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Entergy Corp.

Managed multimillion dollar IT programs and projects including:

  • CCyber security projects for the Transmission unit (CIP Compliance);

  • Deployed Nuclear fleet Supply Chain apps & interfaces to new acquisition;

  • Developed & deployed Disaster Recovery systems and processes for enterprise level business and infrastructure apps post-Hurricane Katrina. Involved large, complex storage systems using EMC Symmetrix, CLARiiON and MicroSoft replication software and Unix and Windows platforms;

  • Co-Managed program to build new Data Center in Little Rock, AR & relocate from Data Center in New Orleans.

  • Managed numerous enterprise app and infrastructure software upgrades and hardware refreshes. Enterprise and plant level coordination.
