Convector Consulting NA, Inc. is successful because we communicate with our clients to ensure exceed their expectations. To do that, goals and objectives must be clearly understood and documented before the project begins. That is why we begin each engagement with a working kickoff meeting with the clients' representatives.

 

In cases where there are multiple functional or business units involved who may have different objectives and perceptions for the project, these sessions may be facilitated and may involve requirements definition to ensure that all of the client's representatives have clear and consistent expectations. This meeting guides final development of the detailed project plan, schedule, and deliverables that are submitted for approval. Deliverables are measurable and requirements are testable so that expectations are clearly defined.

 

A change management and approval process is also defined. During deployment of complex projects and programs, this document limits scope creep and provides a framework for maintaining focus.
