Entergy Corporation

  • CCS/SAP implementation - Designed and implemented configuration, change, and problem management processes to impose accountability on multiple vendors. Tools and Processes are still in use 7 years after implementation.

  • Improved monitoring and tracking of incidents and improved root cause analysis process.

  • Designed metrics, developed databases and generated daily dashboards and reports used to plan, prioritize, assign, and track problem and defect management.

  • Produced weekly and monthly dashboards to report application service performance and application and system readiness and health to executive management.

Martin Marietta Manned Space Systems (now Lockheed Martin)

  • Implemented NASA's shared energy savings program.

  • Responsible for continuous, measurable process improvement for Facilities department (IT, mechanical, electrical system) supporting the NASA external tank program.
